Blood Orange Whole Grilled Barramundi

  • 1 whole Australis Barramundi, cleaned (your fish guy will do this)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 blood orange, juiced
  • 1 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper


  1. Preheat grill to med. heat.
  2. Make three incisions in each side of fish.
  3. Season with one tablespoon the blood orange vinaigrette.
  4. Place fish on grill, dab with blood orange vinaigrette and grill roast for 20 minutes.

Serve hot with some great grilled crusty bread and a bottle of Cooper’s beer.
