Chili-Spiced Barramundi Fish Tacos

  • 5-ounce barramundi fillet
  • A pinch of salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 corn tortillas

For Garnish:

  • 1/2 Tomato, chopped
  • Handful of Green Cabbage, shredded
  • Handful of Cilantro, chopped
  • Lime


  1. Season barramundi fillet with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
  2. Grill (or saute in 1 teaspoon olive oil over medium heat) for 5 minutes.
  3. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Divide fish between 2 warm corn tortillas.
  5. Serve with chopped tomatoes, shredded green cabbage, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime.
